The unique floor plan provides a wide-open "great-room", so guests can be together and enjoy each other whether eating, cooking, playing pool, watching a movie or playing games. The living room has a flat plasma screen surround sound home theater system as well as a beautiful billiards table.

The home is just steps to the lifts at Little Eagle/Juniper Springs Lodge. Very close to the 18 hole golf course at Sierra Star. Other activities in the area include tennis, hiking, cross-country skiing, sledding, or mountain-biking right from the property.
