It is a five level single family custom home with a current value of over 3 million dollars and 3000 square feet of living space. The home was extensively renovated and updated to include hardwood floors throughout, decorative brick and stone with massive ceiling wood beams and a tasteful and appropriate nautical theme decor professionally designed. There is a stainless steel 29 cubic foot refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen also features a gas range on an island with three tall chairs for dining at the dining bar. The beach and the San Clemente Pier are within an easy 10 minutes or less walking distance. There are various restaurants and shops nearby and the pier is a great place to fish. There is a park across the street to walk pets or have children play in the swing area.

The weather in San Clemente is one of the most stable and mild of any place on earth. It never gets too warm and seldom does it get too cold so that even during the fall and winter it is a great place to vacation. The home is in a gated community of only six homes of mostly adults that are seldom there so there is no traffic in front of the house to contend with. This may very well be the choisest spot in San Clemente to live, but you be the judge!
